How do you clean the Lay and Play Adventure Mat?
Poles: Wipe down with a rag and mild soap or a disinfectant wipe.
Rings: You can wash with soap and water or put in the dishwasher.
Mat: For small spills, simply wipe with a damp cloth and dish soap if needed. You can also machine wash in cold water and tumble dry low or air dry.
Stuff Sack: Machine wash cold and hang to dry.
Can you use the mat without the poles?
Yes! We love the idea of multi-functional gear and we designed the mat so it can also be used without the poles as a small blanket or even as changing mat. It is easy to clean, so you don't have to worry about spills.
You are a small business, why do you sell on Amazon too?
Well, to be honest, my mission is to make life easy and stress free for parents so they can get out and adventure with their kids sooner. And sometimes that means shopping on a giant online retailer where you already have your info entered and you know the shipping will be quick.
Which would you prefer we buy from, your website or Amazon?
I get this question a lot and they both help me out in different ways. When you buy from me, it directly supports my business and I don’t have to pay fees to Amazon. But when you buy from Amazon it tells them that people want my product and they show it to more people. They both are great and support my small business in different ways. So unless you live in central Denver and I can drive to delivery to you, then do what works best for you. How long will shipping take?
Orders received by 2pm Mountain Time ship out the same day. Orders received later than that ship out the next business day. We ship from Denver, CO and shipping usually takes 2-5 days for standard, depending on where you live. Feel free to send me a message if you have a specific question.
How do I make a return?
All of our products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If there is a problem with your gear due to manufacturing, we will replace it free of charge, no questions asked. If you have any concerns about your product, please contact us at hello@atozadventuregear.com
